Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) Cracker Barrel Feta Shredded Cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
- 4 slices multigrain bread, toasted
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 8 slices tomato
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cracked pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt and paprika
- 4 tsp (20 mL) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh chives
Directions
- Spread avocado over toast; top with bacon and tomato. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with chives.
Helpful Hint
Add baby arugula or baby spinach to the open-face sandwich if desired.
